long story short my mom got scammed for 10k USD by a fake investment scam on maunto the trading website

the guy who scammed her asked her to invest in trading accounts and just went awol and now all the money has been deducted from the maunto wallet

can somebody help me on how do we solve this if it can be solved or steps we need to take

(and the probability that the money gets recovered) i live in india
